"The Saratoga County Intermunicipal Stormwater Management Program is a complex and concerted effort put forth by Cornell Cooperative Extension, the Soil & Water Conservation District, the County and fifteen (15) Local governments. From the beginning of the project we wanted to establish a web-based platform that would be easily accessible, act as the main source of Stormwater information in Saratoga County and be an educational tool for the general public. Such a large scope is necessary to meet basic requirements and ensure the success of the program.
In seeking out a contractor to design, build, and administer our program website I contacted four of the most highly-regarded web services consultants in Saratoga County. I needed a contractor that understood the mission of the program and the multiple objectives that our website needed to accomplish.
